1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Sloterbaik ("Sloterbaik", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://sloterbaik.cam (the "Platform"). 2. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon completing the Sloterbaik registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds credited to a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, or any other non-cash value added to an Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User using an approved payment method, net of any pending withdrawals or adjustments.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum total amount a User must wager using Bonus Funds before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Sloterbaik Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. The Sloterbaik Platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 and above. This age restriction reflects internationally recognised standards for responsible casino and gambling operations.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
3. You are not a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or unlicensed operators are expressly prohibited by applicable law.

5. You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of Sloterbaik or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
6. You are acting in your own name and for your own personal and recreational use — not on behalf of any third party.
7. You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Sloterbaik services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Registering or maintaining more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Sloterbaik reserves the right to close all such accounts, confiscate any Bonus Funds held therein, and withhold any Balance pending investigation.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Sloterbaik may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentation from you to verify your identity, age, address, and ownership of any payment methods used. This may include, but is not limited to: a copy of a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., MyKad, passport), proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months), and proof of payment method ownership.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. Sloterbaik is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals caused by a User's failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, is your sole responsibility. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Sloterbaik's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

5. Permitted Use of Platform

You agree to use the Sloterbaik Platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gambling purposes in strict accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using any software, script, bot, crawler, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any software underpinning the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or through an automated wagering system.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Posting or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Sloterbaik accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and approved cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. This list is subject to change at Sloterbaik's discretion.

6.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Standard minimum deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet channels are RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — this policy exists to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations. Sloterbaik targets withdrawal processing within five (5) business minutes for verified accounts via FPX and DuitNow, though processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have not been met; (c) a responsible gambling limit restriction or self-exclusion is active; or (d) a withdrawal is flagged for fraud review.

6.4 Currency

The Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) as the primary account currency. Cryptocurrency deposit values are converted to MYR equivalent at the time of deposit confirmation at the prevailing market rate.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other incentives offered by Sloterbaik are subject to these Terms and any specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly at the time of each bonus offer (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x). Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or per hand is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been met.

7.4 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games and live dealer titles (including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and Sic Bo) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting markets may contribute at varying rates depending on the promotion. Specific contribution tables are published alongside individual promotion terms.

7.5 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Sloterbaik employs monitoring tools to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion between players, artificial wagering patterns, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where abuse is detected, Sloterbaik reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the relevant Account(s).

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets on the Sloterbaik Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable game rules. The following general provisions apply across all games and markets:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. No cancellation of confirmed bets will be accepted except where an obvious technical error has occurred and Sloterbaik has acknowledged such error in writing.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during an active game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the relevant game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. Sloterbaik is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side.
• Sloterbaik reserves the right to void any bet where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the bet was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or fraudulent activity.
• Sports betting markets are subject to the trading rules of the relevant market. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.
• Progressive jackpot awards are subject to the published rules of the relevant jackpot game. All progressive jackpot wins are subject to internal verification before payment is confirmed.

9. Responsible Gambling

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) without permanent closure.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Sloterbaik reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to void or withhold any Balance, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal offence.
• The Account holder is under the age of 21.
• Regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement obligations require such action.

Where an Account is closed at the User's own request (other than through self-exclusion), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the verified payment method on file within a reasonable processing period. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sloterbaik, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if Sloterbaik has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Sloterbaik's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Sloterbaik's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Sloterbaik Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, game interfaces, graphics, design elements, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of Sloterbaik or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of Sloterbaik.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal and recreational use only. This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the Platform or its Content in any manner.

13. Privacy & Data

Sloterbaik collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties except where required for the provision of the Platform services (e.g., payment processing partners), where required by law or regulatory authority, or where you have provided explicit consent.

14. Amendments to These Terms

Sloterbaik reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Sloterbaik will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent amendments took effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sloterbaik is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as determined by Sloterbaik.
